Great Concert - Not good for Ticketmaster

Despite the fact that the barcode could not be read despite repeated tries by the ticket agent, the concert was wonderful. When we tried to enter the venue, the app wouldn't work. I tried to fix this by turning the phone off and on over and over, even closing and opening it several times. This is despite the fact that the app worked perfectly for entering a Journey concert in Cincinnati on April 24th. Ticketmaster needs to fix this. We were finally directed to the will call ticket area where they looked up our information and printed hard copy tickets.
